Establishing institutional infrastructure, achieving accreditation, and creating a digital learning platform, centered on establishing DBTTC through infrastructure development and operational support.

As of July 2024, the project was in its third quarter of the final implementation year, scheduled for October 2024 completion, with a no-cost extension under discussion to achieve remaining indicators and utilize remaining budget.

A new technical college with complete infrastructure and equipment, achieving NACTE accreditation for five courses.
Highly qualified faculty and staff establishing a strong institutional foundation.
Production of skilled technicians with theoretical and practical knowledge meeting private industry needs.
Partnerships with companies/industries showcasing student quality during field attachments.
An innovative digital education platform with five digitalized NACTE-approved curricula.
