Primary intervention areas include education (primary, secondary, TVET), youth animation programmes, support for orphans and vulnerable children, agriculture, and employment services. Cross-cutting themes integrated throughout initiatives encompass environmental sustainability, gender equity, social inclusion for persons with disabilities, human rights, good governance, and digitalisation.
The organisation collaborates with local and international donors, emphasising community participation from project inception through execution. This approach has established trust with donors and communities.
